PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT

At Crux Training Institute, we understand that each school community is unique, and parental involvement may vary based on individual preferences and resources. Therefore, we leave it to the discretion of each participating school to determine the level of parental involvement that best suits their community. While some schools may choose to actively engage parents through workshops, progress updates, and volunteer opportunities, others may opt for a more hands-off approach.

We respect the autonomy of our partner schools and are committed to supporting them in their efforts to deliver the ABE Endorsed KidsMBA Programme in a manner that aligns with their values and priorities. Our role is to provide comprehensive training and resources to educators, empowering them to facilitate the programme effectively and ensure the success of their students.

We believe that strong partnerships between schools, educators, and parents are essential for creating a supportive learning environment and maximizing student achievement. Therefore, we encourage open communication and collaboration between all stakeholders to promote the holistic development of our students.

At Crux Training Institute, we are dedicated to providing flexible and adaptable solutions that meet the needs of our partner schools and their communities. Here are some suggestions for ways in which schools can involve parents in the ABE Endorsed KidsMBA Programme:

1. Parent Orientation Sessions: Host orientation sessions or information evenings to introduce parents to the KidsMBA Programme, its objectives, and the benefits for their children. This provides an opportunity for parents to ask questions, address any concerns, and understand how they can support their child’s participation.

2. Parent Workshops: Organize workshops or seminars for parents on topics related to entrepreneurship, financial literacy, or business skills. These sessions can equip parents with valuable knowledge and resources to support their child’s learning at home and encourage conversations about business concepts and ideas.

3. Progress Updates: Provide regular updates to parents on their child’s progress in the KidsMBA Programme. This could include reports on academic performance, participation in activities, and achievements. By keeping parents informed, schools can foster a sense of partnership and accountability in their child’s education.

4. Volunteer Opportunities: Offer opportunities for parents to volunteer in the KidsMBA Programme as guest speakers, mentors, or event organizers. Parental involvement in program activities can enrich the learning experience for students and strengthen the school community.

5. Communication Channels: Establish clear communication channels between schools and parents to facilitate ongoing dialogue and feedback. This could include newsletters, email updates, parent-teacher meetings, or an online portal where parents can access information about the programme and engage with educators.

6. Family Events: Organize family-friendly events or activities related to entrepreneurship or business, such as business fairs, innovation challenges, or networking events. These events provide opportunities for parents to engage with their child’s learning in a fun and interactive way.

By implementing these strategies, schools can create a supportive and collaborative learning environment that involves parents as partners in their child’s educational journey. Together, parents and educators can inspire and empower students to achieve their full potential in the ABE Endorsed KidsMBA Programme.
